LIFETIME DIAMOND UPGRADE
We offer a lifetime diamond trade in policy for engagement rings from us here at Busy Bee Jewelry. This allows you to upgrade or trade in your diamond for a larger or higher quality diamond and get 100% of the value from your original purchase. To be eligible for the diamond trade in the stone must be in the original condition in which it was sold without any scratches or chips and must come with its original diamond paperwork from a grading service like GIA or AGS. The diamond you are purchasing at the time of the trade in must be at least double the purchase price for the original diamond you are trading in.
30-DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE 
What is your return policy? Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of delivery. Exceptions to our policy are the following: Designer Settings and Designer Wedding Bands such as Simon G. Diamond Eternity Bands smaller than 5 or larger than 7 in size. Any special order either made custom or ordered specifically for the customer. These items are not eligible for return under our 30 days return policy.
Returns on Watches: We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. The watch must be in its original condition when sold and must accompany all boxes, paperwork and accessories etc. and cannot have been worn or sized.
Returns on Preowned watches: We accept returns for a full refund within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. The watch must be in its original condition when sold and must accompany all boxes, paperwork and accessories etc. and cannot have been worn or sized.

1 YEAR WARRANTY
We offer a one year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Busy Bee Jewelry representative. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair.
Busy Bee Jewelry reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as deemed by our jewelry professionals. Busy Bee Jewelry recommends shipping returns with insurance as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items, or items damaged in transit.
