Sales tax is collected for customers shipping to an address in the state of New York. The current tax rate is 8.625% for our jurisdiction, and may differ upon where you live in New York.

Availability of Diamonds and pricing

We make every attempt possible to avoid inventory and pricing errors on our part, however it is possible for there to be an inventory or pricing error in which the diamond will not be available or would not be available at the price advertised. If there is ever an error on our part we will work with the customer to get a comparable diamond or we will cancel the order at the customer’s request.

Because of fluctuating prices in the metals and diamond market the price of an item can change. Our policy is that we can modify a price or we will cancel the order at the customer’s request if they are no longer interested in purchasing the item. If an item is out of stock we will cancel the order if the customer doesn’t want another item that would be in stock at a comparable price.

What Payment Options Do You Accept

We will accept a certified bank check or wire transfer and accept payments through Paypal, Google Checkout, and Amazon payments. We also accept most credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal and Google Checkout. We also offer a layaway plan where customers can pay for an item over a term of 6 months. We also can provide financing through GE Capital for buyers who are approved for their financing.
